tour around Caulfield virtually following the path of a horse from the time it
enters the course until it leaves. Visit stewards, vets and
barrier. Chat with jockey or trainer if possible. Watch a few
races.

I/We give permission for our daughter/son to participate in the Certificate II in
Equine Industry Excursion to be held on Wednesday 15 October 2008.
While I understand that in any emergency affecting my child,
every effort will be made to contact parents, I/we authorise Billanook College
through its employees and agents, in the event of any mishap or illness, to
obtain on my behalf and at my expense, such medical assistance and treatment as
it may consider appropriate, where unable to communicate with me/us to arrange
for such medical or surgical treatment as necessary.
I do / do not authorize the giving of a blood transfusion.
Please indicate any physical or medical reason which you
believe may effect your childs ability to take part
in this excursion or provide other information you consider relevant.
